    Returns

    • Customers have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date they received it.
    • To be eligible for a return, customers’ items must be unused and in the same condition that they received it.
    • Customer’s items must be in the original packaging.
    • Customers’ items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • i3D guarantees fit on the model or impression received. Not in the patient’s mouth.
    • If i3D notifies the visitor/customer of any defects that could lead to a return or repetition, it is at the visitor/customers’ risk to proceed with the work. In this case it will be non refundable.
    • To get a defective item replaced, all the customer has to do is send an email to contact@i3dsolutions.com describing the problem and quoting Innovative 3D Printing Solutions LLP’s Unique Order id within 7 days from the date of Innovative 3D Printing Solutions LLP invoice. Customers will have to send a courier to i3D with the defective products and i3D will send the customer a replacement if needed, at the earliest after due tests and verification at i3D’s facilities of the returned item. Any Goods returned to Innovative 3D Printing Solutions LLP are at the customers risk.

    Refunds

    • Customers may cancel their order before their product has shipped. i3D will refund the entire amount minus 50% of the total value towards payment gateway charges, handling charges and other operational expenses. However, once visitors/customers’ order has shipped, there will be no cancellation admissible unless the product supplied is not what they ordered or has defect/s.
    • Once i3D receive the item, i3D will inspect it and notify the customer that i3D has received their returned item. i3D will immediately notify customers on the status of their refund after inspecting the item.
    • If a customer’s return is approved, i3D will initiate a refund to the customer’s credit card or offer a letter of credit (or original method of payment).
    • Customers will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on their card issuer’s policies.

    Shipping

    • Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non refundable.
    • If customers receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from their refund.
    • This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by the misuse or mishandling of the Goods by the customer or in transit.

    Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services

    1. Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.
    2. Designs, once viewed and downloaded may not be returned or refunded as download after viewing means the customer is visually satisfied with the product.
    3. This policy may change at any time without prior notice.
